mitkCUDAVersatileVRScene is a 3D scene for shaded semi-transparent rendering from volume datasets. Accelerated with the CUDA interface. mitkCUDAVersatileVRScene needs a container subclasses from mitkSceneContainer. You can use mitkGLWindow for the container, or implement your own container.
